1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3. Account Rules & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on tk9991 at any given time. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• Duplicate accounts, accounts opened using false identities, or accounts used to circumvent a prior suspension are prohibited and will be permanently closed.
• Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with their account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk9991 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's wallet.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available methods may vary based on the player's location and device.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit by the same account holder. tk9991 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously associated with the account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional identity checks are required.
• tk9991 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. Players may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document, a recent utility bill, or proof of payment method ownership.
• Any suspected use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all funds, and a report to the relevant authorities.
• tk9991 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, the player's own payment provider may levy its own charges, which are the player's sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tk9991 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the full registration and identity verification process.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tk9991 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all balances and pending withdrawals may be voided:

• Using automated scripts, bots, software tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with any game, betting market, or platform feature.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

• Engaging in money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.

• Registering using another person's identity, stolen payment credentials, or fictitious personal information.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in an attempt to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk9991 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tk9991 or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of tk9991.

Third-party game and software providers retain ownership of their respective intellectual property. Any unauthorised reproduction of third-party content hosted on tk9991 may also constitute an infringement of that provider's rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own negligence, failure to secure account credentials, or voluntary participation in games and betting markets.
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure failures, scheduled maintenance, internet outages, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Errors or delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable Bangladesh law, tk9991's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by that player in the calendar month in which the claim arose.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
